Anna and Josh's story started with a prayer and a dating app in the spring of 2023. Josh, a Louisville native, was ready to find "the one," while Anna, new-ish to the city, decided to give dating apps a shot. Josh was Anna's first-ever Bumble date, and Anna was Josh's last attempt at online dating.

Josh immediately caught Anna's attention with his contagious smile and passion for power tools, while Anna's eyes and love for family won Josh over. After days of nonstop messaging, Josh convinced Anna to meet for a first date at The Cheesecake Factory.

Things got off to a classic "Anna" start when she walked past Josh at the entrance, too nervous to notice him standing there. But one slightly awkward hello later, they laughed and talked for hours. From that date on, everything just clicked. Between nonstop laughs, family gatherings, and dreaming about the future, it didn't take long for them to realize they'd found something special.

In September 2024, Anna and Josh traveled to Montana to visit her sisters. While there, they spent a day exploring wildlife, waterfalls, and geysers in Yellowstone National Park. Much to Anna's surprise, Josh proposed by the side of a river in the park, and, of course, she said yes!

Now, they're overjoyed to celebrate their wedding day surrounded by the people they love most. They can't wait to start this next chapter in life and to share it with all of you.
